Inspired by the idea of a Phoenix rising from the ashes, Impeccable Quake is both a short film and a live work, exploring the concepts of shedding, rebirth, newness, and freedom. Motivated by its title, Impeccable Quake finds beauty and acceptance of inner turmoil. The work was initially developed and created at the New York Choreographic Institute, with dancers from New York City Ballet and the School of American Ballet.
